I'm a relatively new developer. I've worked in Marketing for about 10 years at this point, and I've decided to make a change and learn to code.

In my personal life, I'm a baker, a woodworker, and a knitter. I just love making new things, and coding is another extension of that.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize existing jobseeker communications
  • Partner with Product teams to improve processes and data flow
  • Implement first campaigns using a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • Work with and providing guidance to other members of the Jobseeker Lifecycle team to optimize their campaigns
  • Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improvement to our internal tool for jobseeker messaging (Raven)
  • Developing and implementing a testing framework to provide more structured testing with more quantifiable results and learnings

  • Run day to day operations of pet care business
  • Walk dogs and sit pets both in my own home and in clients' homes
  • Network and market to grow customer base
  • Partner with local vets, rescues, and other pet care professionals to grow network

  • Oversee and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo to nurture users who signed up for a free demo and onboard new customers who purchased a store
  • Track key metrics of email campaigns and A/B test email campaigns
  • Create email/marcom strategy for Material brand
  • Learn new tool (Intercom) to incorporate automated chat into marcom strategy as well as email/social/PPC
  • Manage landing page deployment and email/social communications for monthly promotions and webinars
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop lead attribution

  • Launch email marketing campaigns in Marketo to recruit software reviews
  • Coordinate reviews recruitment events at user conferences
  • Track key metrics of email campaigns (e.g., open rate, CTR, CTOR)
  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance in key metrics
  • Analyze site traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics
  • Provide program improvement suggestions to Director of Marketing, and execute projects based on those suggestions
  • Oversee incentive programs for review recruitment and referrals

  • Identifying project scope as well as client needs and specifications
  • Creating and maintaining both tight budgets and schedules
  • Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure timely, quality deliveries
  • Performing administrative tasks associated with project workflow/maintenance
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining processes for high-demand clients
Team Lead Responsibilities:
  • Implementing large-scale process and workflow changes to meet ISO requirements
  • Serving as escalation point for Project Management team
  • Resolving issues and questions from full Production team
